ADT Security services
a responsive web & native application experience
Let's turn a legacy desktop application into an experience across desktop, tablet and mobile devices that users can delight over and engage with more as a ulility.
Following the pitch, we were asked by the kind folks at ADT Security to help redesign the ADT Pulse system across mobile, tablet and desktop experiences. We also needed to ensure that all existing functionalities and features carry over from the desktop legacy experience to the new responsive experience.
I was the creative user experience lead on this project. The work I did focused on requirements gathering, competitive analysis, user flows, information architecture documentation, sketching and wireframing. During this project I had the pleasure to work with other creative leads, client stakeholders and developers to ensure the application would meet the needs and wants of ADT's end users.
Below are some of the documents that were created in order to understand the breadth of the application and how Sapient could improve the experience.
Following our initial discovery exercises, low and high fidelity wireframes were produced. Those wireframes were than annotated for development.
Working in an agile process, high resolution designs were produced by other team members in parallel with my experience design deliverable responsibilities. Below are some of the screens that the other team members created to finalize for development. My role during this process was to ensure that the requirements were being met and any experience design issues were resolved before coding began.
