A WEBSITE heuristic evaluation
Our client, Bayer Cropscience US, incentivizes growers through it's loyalty & rebate program called Innovation Plus. It had been ineffective at driving loyalty in the past, and program modifications had been proposed. The goal was to target the top 20% of growers (based on acreage, sales volume, and loyalty) and increase their engagement with the proram.
Produce a heuristic evaluation of the current rewards program for the points redemption process. This included the challenges with the login steps, browsing for products, product detail pages, adding products to your cart and checking out.
I was the user experience lead on this project. The work I did focused on on a complete heuristic evaluation of the experience.
