My approach to UX design —
I like to start by defining the who, what, where, when and why's. Who are we designing the digital experience for? What are we designing? Where will these users be and when are they likely to be most engaged with the experience? And ultimately why are we designing it? I think these questions really form a stable and sturdy UX strategic foundation for a successful digital experience.
